Chewing Gum diet? I read about a news on medicine last night Study by Mayo Clinic in Minnesota). It says that the easiest way to burn calories is to chew gum. Could you believe that?
Chomping for an hour on a few pieces of sugarless gum raises the matabolic rate 19% and burns 46 kilojoules. It could knock off four kilos a year, not much. That was what the researcher said.

My favourite is wriglys extra fusion grapefruit, rasberry and blackcurrent Gum...Weird Just think about it, gum is such a strange substance. It has all these colors, scents, and flavors. It holds the flavor for a long time and makes your breath smell better. But it is weird to chew on. It is like a rubber how it is so squishy and you can't really bite through it. If you swallow it, it gives your body trouble because your body can't even digest it. It changes shape after you bite down on it. It stretches a lot and, it can make giant bubbles from blowing into it. It is a strange substance, especially to eat and chew on. gum chew i am in the local library at the moment and everyone is being really quite noisy! when i was little we were never allowed to make noise in the library,the most irritating thing though is the guy opposite me is chewing gum so loud i want to punch him in the eye! Are you quiet in your library? have you noticed that your gum is shrink i have to say my gum have shrinked,but i wish you haven't.as for as i know,if your gum has shrinked,it will never come back again,so please be careful with your gum Can you really get sick if you swallow your gum? I know you've all heard that swallowing your chewing gum is bad for you i wonder if thats true i love sugar free gum in fact im a gum fanatic and i buy gum a lot hehe theres been a few times were i accidentally swallowed my gum and i always wondered if i can get sick by swallowing gum i usually throw out my gum out after im done what do you all think?[em]wink[/em][em]happy[/em] How often you chew gum? I am forced to ask if there is any classy way to chew guns? irritating gum chewing i have this classmate who sits next to me and everytime she is chewing gum i wish to the heavens to lift me and move me next to the teacher, dont get me wrong, she is a very nice person, friendly and all but, the way she slurps the gum around her mouth is just unbearable,. ta.ta.ta.ta. in the mouth and into my very ear and i cannot tell her to chew properly, so does any of you have such an experience of bad gum chewing, or slurping tea from the cup to the mouth? please feel free to share it, we just might afew
